How to fool Trump voters, call impeachment hearings oversight hearings.
When you get right down to it the purpose of the House hearings is to build a case for impeachment.
Right now less than 50% of the American people want Trump impeached. Pelosi knows as they hold hearings those numbers are going to change. The democrats already have enough evidence to impeach Trump and they will get a lot more with the Mueller report. They have to convince the American people too impeach. They have to show the evidence to the American people. The American people are going to witness liar after liar being brought before the House. They will see more and more people being indicted. Like I have said many times, the American people are a slumbering people. It takes time for them to wake the fuck up. They are about to be woken up.
In time I believe more and more Americans will want Trump impeached. If the Democrats can flip the numbers showing more than 50%, closer to 60% want Trump impeached that will change the conversation. That would put a lot of pressure on the Republicans in the Senate going into the election. Running for office protecting a criminal who most Americans want impeached would cost them their jobs.
It was a smart move by Pelosi saying she is against Impeachment. Thats how you fool Trump voters. Call what you are doing something else. If she said the hearings were about impeachment that would inflame Fox News and all the Trump nuts. Why do that when they are so easily fooled?
