How much will Donald Trump damage the Republican Party in 2020?

It seems like there is a new crime uncovered every day?

Where will we be in two more years?

I think we got an idea, with the mid-term elections of 2018, how bad it could get for Republicans in 2020.

I would predict that quite a few Republicans will retire before the next election. Several more will get defeated in their re-election bids. There is a very good chance that the Democrats will take back the Senate.

A lot of information is going to come out in these Congressional hearings and people want to know what is happening with their government?

Twenty Republicans is all that is needed.

They could save their Party.

They could perhaps, save their country.

forecast is a solid loss of the Senate.

There will be real damage regardless as democratic voter base is still angry and ready to what ever it takes just like in 2018. If we run good candidates, we will have another blue wave. Period.

Repubs seem only interested in repealing abortion, lowering taxes on the rich and helping big business. To that end Trump is an asset. When he leaves office they'll ignore him like a leper and move on to the next troll. At least that's what I hope happens (Trump eventually leaving office and being left to face the music alone).

Realistically, though, there are enough assholes in the US to sustain it a few more years, I'm sure.
