I'm sure they can do this. CNN is not mentioning it at all. Maybe they're waiting on confirmation. The nut jobs tweeting on Owens' page are pushing the narrative that it was posted after the fact by presumably leftists.

Once confirmed the media needs to report it and detail her evil background over and over.

A white-nationalist manifesto

Before the shooting, someone appearing to be the gunman posted links to a white-nationalist manifesto on Twitter and the online forum 8chan. The 8chan post included a link to what appeared to be the gunman’s Facebook page, where he said he would also broadcast live video of the attack.

The Twitter posts showed weapons covered in the names of past military generals and men who have recently carried out mass shootings.

In his manifesto, he identified himself as a 28-year-old man born in Australia and listed his white nationalist heroes.

Writing that he had purposely used guns to stir discord in the United States over the Second Amendment’s provision on the right to bear arms, he also declared himself a fascist. “For once, the person that will be called a fascist, is an actual fascist,” he wrote.

"The person who has influenced me above all is Candace Owens. Each time she spoke I was stunned by her insights and her own views helped me push further and further into the belief of violence over meekness. However I will have to disavow some of her believes [sic], the extreme actions she calls for are too much, even for my tastes.”

9. The manifesto seems aimed at creating at much ideological strife as possible

He is a white supremacist to the point of calling for genocide yet claims inspiration from a black woman.

He also calls China a perfect country but also denounces importation of cheap foreign goods and labor

He openly states he wants to incite a political crisis in the US and other countries.

The manifesto seems to hit in almost every hot button topic and seems intentionally crafted to create the discord he so desperately wants

I came across an evaluation of the shooting video that suggested the gunman was probably a gamer. Changing clips at every pause, even when only a few bullets were fired since the last reload. Proficient with fixed sights but very clumsy with reloads and handling of the gun. I'd link but it looks like it's been taken down (probably part of the larger effort to pull down the video).
