Just for the record, is there anyway Rump could file complaints about states decisions regarding

Releasing of tax information? I just DO NOT want him any recourse when he loses in 2020!

He would have standing to sue if he doesn't release his tax returns. The court can place a temporary injunction preventing the law from being enforced. Trump would then be able to proceed in the election with no disclosure of the tax return.
