"Mr. President, President Putin and his Russian government just passed laws against free press; establishing penalties, including imprisonment, for any criticism of the government, officials or policy. How do you feel about this?"

Now, knowing that he would likely just spout his usual "Yeah, I really don't know much about that" line, if he were pressed, how would he answer?

He can't answer honestly (even if he were capable of telling a truth) that he supports the law and will ask congress to pass the same laws as his buddy Putin passed.

He won't disapprove of the concept itself, since he would insult his buddy, Putin.

So would he have to settle somewhere in the middle - that soft and squishy middle (no, not his belly) that he so often retreats to when he spouts word salad with no meaning?

Think about it. Now wouldn't that be special?
