Loose Ends Of The Mueller Investigation......

The last few days there has been a lot of speculation that the Muller Investigation was coming to an end and that his report would be filed soon.

I'm sorry I can't buy that. There seems to be many loose ends that haven't been explored yet and I just don't believe that we're all that close to the filing of the report by Mueller.

I'd like to use this thread to list all these loose ends and I'll start off with one of them.

Loose End: Donald Trump Jr. has many times said that he expects to be indicted - yet that hasn't happened yet. I don't even recall Jr. being called in for questioning by Mueller. It is widely believed that Jr. was in the thick of this so-called colluding with the Russians as evidenced by the famed Trump Tower meeting and the excuses that came from both Trump Jr & Sr after the fact.

Please list below in your response to this thread - other loose ends that need to be explored before Mueller's report is filed.

- Why all the effort to get Manafort to cooperate? Why is Manafort lying?
- Redactions in Cohen search warrants
- Gates' sentencing delayed
- Gates not allowed to talk to Congress yet
- Pending court case with Roger Stone
- Pending Grand Jury battle with Andrew Miller
- Pending Supreme Court case with unknown corporation

and on and on.

- redactions to recent Manafort & Flynn court docs
- money that went to the NRA appears used to mirror the Trump campaign advertising -> Ms Butina, etc
- how do they explain Manafort giving campaign data to the Russians
- the Trump Tower meeting with the Russians
- all the lying every step of the way
etc

The problem is, as I read Rosentein's letter to Grassley, unless those investigations result in indictments that can be proven in court, we're not going to get any answers to the above from Mueller. Congress or DoJ under a Democratic president are going to have to get those answers.

After Barr filters the report, I don't know how much we can expect to get in terms of answers.

Monetizing everything American taxpayers, and our Intel Agencies and Armed Services, have gathered meticulously (under great threat of mortal danger), to everyone involved in the last 70 years of Post WW2 activities. Once the bell is rung, and these PAtriots who've helped America are revealed, the damage can't be undone, EVER.

I've posted this before as my prediction of what's going to happen. On March 1, 1974, the Watergate Grand Jury run by Special Prosecutor Jaworski indicted Nixon's key people and made reference to a "continuing conspiracy to obstruct justice by persons name and unnamed" (or words to that effect).

That was a reference to the undisclosed fact that the grand jury named Nixon an unindicted co-conspirator, allowing Jaworski to transmit all the evidence obtained in his investigation and cases, including several Nixon tapes, to the House of Representatives' Judiciary Committe which was considering impeachment of Nixon. If Nixon had been convicted on his impeachment (which was a foregone conclusion had he not resigned), he would have then been criminally indicted after he was kicked out as President.

Nixon's being named as an unindicted co-conspirator was a brilliant move by Jaworski, and I bet Mueller is going to do something like this. If so, the issuance of the Mueller Report is just the beginning for our beloved leader and his henchpersons. Look for similar words in the Mueller Report, and I betcha' that's who he is referring to, at least in part.

Also, there is very likely so much national security and grand jury information that large parts of the report will be heavily redacted. Trump might use this is as a victory, and I hope the PR angle to all of this is being considered by folks much smarter than me.

There are so many investigations going on that the Mueller Report, or whatever it called, is very likely just the disclosable tip of a gargantuan criminal iceberg.

Don't be disappointed....the fun is just starting for the Don.

the likelihood that a report will name Trump as a conspirator.

Where I disagree is this: There can be a "public summary" or whatnot which completely covers the conclusions without disclosing classified information or things that must remain sealed due to ongoing investigations. The House must press for this, at minimum. There is no reason that the complete "findings and conclusions" can't be released. An attempt to block something as simple as that will be seen clearly as what it is.

Possible, but remember that Nixon's being named an unindicted co-conspirator was known to no one but the Special Prosecutor's office and the Grand Jury (and I guess Judge Sirica). Even Nixon and his lawyers did not know about this until at least 2 months later after the main indictments were issued. The public and press did not know either.

My guess is that the Mueller Report will come up when "final" indictments are issued, which themselves contain huge detail. Mueller can't (or won't) take Trump on directly for criminal accusations. Remember that Archibald Cox/Leon Jaworski's efforts specifically in relation to Nixon as President were to get the tapes that were directly relevant to the trials of Nixon's henchmen like Haldeman, Mitchell etc. He also knew how much information there was before the grand jury that pointed to Nixon's guilt, but he couldn't/wouldn't act on it himself. Jaworski was a seasoned litigator and took a pragmatic view that the Special Prosecutor couldn't/wouldn't go after Nixon himself while he was still President. He felt that it was the House of Representatives' area to impeach first, and he came with an elegant solution to transmit all the incriminating information about Nixon from the grand jury to the House Judiciary Committee: the grand jury ITSELF (a) named Nixon an unindicted co-conspirator and (b) requested Judge Sirica to transmit the evidence to go to the House, which was examining impeachment. That's when the cases of Nixon's men were joined with the impeachment inquiry, which then took off like a rocket. Nixon was gone within three months after that. It was a masterstroke that Jaworski and his team came up with.

Look for words like "persons named and unnamed" in the report or further indictments. That's an indication as to whether Mueller will follow the Jaworski route.

Anyways, who knows at this stage! I'm just admittedly speculating. If Mueller follows the Jaworksi route, which worked brilliantly well, the House will take over from there, and hopefully will release as much info as it can. That's when the **** will hit the fan.

My limited point is that there is far more to this than just the Mueller report, and it may not cover everything: it's just the beginning of Beloved Leader's fun! It will all come out eventually.
