was interfering with our election, that in itself would be criminal obstruction of justice -- if not technically treason -- and the only reason he wouldn't be indicted is because the Justice Department policy prevents that.

Obstruction of justice is not trivial; it's not "merely" a "process crime." It goes to the heart of our entire justice system.
