Will we end up having a conspiracy investigation of Barr/trump for concealing Mueller's report?

Attorney General Barr’s reputation and legacy are on the line here. Not to mention trump’s prison time.

Just because Mueller said that no NEW indictments are forthcoming, that says nothing about the 50 or so sealed indictments that we believe already exist. Trump, the orange haired one, may very well already be indicted. The DOJ self imposed rule that sitting presidents can’t be indicted doesn’t account for such a situation. A person isn’t officially indicted until the papers are served.

Just as a bit of an aside. Trump’s legal difficulties may get far worse now. The democratic Congress now has no limitations due to the Mueller investigation being ongoing. Remember how often Adam Schiff and others mentioned their concern about that complication? Well it no longer exists. Their self imposed limitations are know gone.

So Barr will act, appropriately or not, and we will react as our predilections guide us and the opera will continue. Regardless of Mueller’s report, trump is closer to prison than ever. No matter how loudly he proclaims vindication.

Why would AG Barr put himself in jeopardy over the likes of drumpf et al. The whole world is watching and reputations are on the line. I realize Barr is a repub but I don't think he is that stupid.

Unless Barr in the past helped trump do his deeds, he has nothing to gain by helping trump do a coverup.

I don't think trump cares all that much about crimes, his reward is getting away with it.

They will shield tRump at all costs. tRump was right. He could shoot someone in the middle of 5th avenue and he wouldn't lose his supporters. We would never have thought he was talking about Republican congressmen and Senators when he said that. It all boils down to 2020.

PUtin and drumpfs scheme will have worked and he will be encouraged to take further acts of sabotage to our country and it's institutions and work even harder to destabilize the world in favor of Russia for fun and personal profit.

https://www.bloomberg.com/opinion/articles/2019-01-10/attorney-general-william-barr-used-pardons-to-protect-president

He can and will follow the DOJ rules outlined in Rosenstein's letter to Gressley and only report on those already indicted while burying the details on those not indicted. He'll take his time on that as Trump's lawyers claim executive privilege.

The House will object citing Clinton emails releases. Court fights. The clock ticks down to 2020 ...

I do not have a good feeling about this.

It seems the Bush family wants 45 out. If 45 either had to resign (doubtful) or gets impeached/convicted, this would clear the way for Jeb to step in and declare that he is the perfect person to lead a national healing...

All Barr has to do is turn on 45, release the report in full and wait to get fired, knowing he will be held up as a model for his great courage.

The next year and a half will be interesting. I think most Republicans want 45 and his family gone. They just have to figure out how to do it without losing 45's base.
