Democratic strategy following Mueller report?

Should they move full-steam ahead for impeachment if there is very damaging information in the report?

Or should they wait on the Republicans response? If the Republicans continue to see nothing wrong with the actions and behavior of Donald Trump, should that be an issue for Democrats?

In my opinion, Democrats should be patient and see if Republicans are going to act in any responsible manner before they talk about impeachment.

If the Republicans continue to ignore reality, depending on what is revealed in the Mueller report, then it should be a major part of the election strategy in 2020. Republicans cannot be permitted to skate from obvious wrong-doing and criminal activities. The corruption must be exposed.
