Sure, it LOOKS like Betsy was taking a huge dump on Special Olympics, but you just don't understand how eye-to-eye Betsy and Donald see on the issues.

What's it called? Munchausen-by-proxy? Sick people who put their children's lives in danger by poisoning them or something, then "heroically" save them? This whole fucking administration is sick.

CONGRESS does! DeVos or Trump might ask for a program to be funded or defunded but they CANNOT do it themselves.

The weird thing about this is that the fundies usually love things like the Special Olympics. It lets them pretend like they care without actually having to support things that would interfere with their religious or racial bigotry.
