I don't mind speculation IF it is presented as such but not when it's presented as factual. THat weakens credibility.

but technically I think Mueller is still employed by the executive branch so when Democrats subpoena him the Trump administration will try to claim executive privilege to prevent Mueller from testifying before congress.
