refuse a subpoena, not being able to claim executive privilege, get hauled in by his big fat butt and be jailed. Now, Trumpelstilkins can invoke EP to prevent Barr from appearing yet he can't prevent Barr from being jailed (House SAA, sergeant-at-arms) awaiting months of legal wrangling up to the the Supremes if need be.

12. Btw, had to add this too: Barr really doesn't want to testify. Simply.....

....if he does w/o first releasing the entire Mueller report, it's too easy for him to trip over any lies he may promulgate to protect the Dork-in-Chief.

In testimony then, for ANY question he is asked, he can merely point to the relevant answer in the report. In essence, he's blameless and innocent IF he hasn't willfully or even unintentionally twisted any part of the investigation. This he well knows and I doubt he'll fall on his sword for the D.I.C. when it's not necessary.

He can later tell Trump it's not my report, I did the best I could w/o hiding it, as even you said more than a few times I have nothing to hide!
