The CNN interview by Jake Tapper today was a disgrace. Jake let Mulvaney crap all over him with practically zero pushback. Jake just let Mulvaney lie even though there are easy ways to counter every single point that the Trump sycophant made. Very disappointing.

I have to say, of all the Trump admin liars, Mulvaney is the most convincing. He doesn't trip over himself while distorting reality. If you didn't know better, you'd almost believe Trump cares about middle class and impoverished Americans.

Even allowing for the media need to get away from Mueller power, to milk the opposite trump upside for awhile - still!

The Jon Stewart quote posted here last week of reporters being 'lazy and sensationalistic' rings truer than I thought.
