We're at nearly three years since Parliament could be trusted to tie its own shoelaces one shoe at a time, rather than both together.

That the plan was to cause complete and utter chaos and that was it? I think the reason why there is no Brexit plan is they don't know what they are doing, there has never been anything done like this.
