Poor little Mitty, POed because he's not getting what he considers to be ample face time.
TAMPA, Fla. Republican National Convention officials say Mitt Romneys wife, Ann, will be speaking during prime-time television coverage of the event.
The presumptive Republican nominee said Friday that he was disappointed that the networks werent planning to broadcast more of the convention.
I know a number of the networks are looking to put money to the bottom line and they might not think that three hours or four hours of broadcasting a convention makes economic sense for them, Romney said. But this is an important time for our nation.
Romney, in a radio interview on The Hugh Hewitt Show, said his wifes convention speech is finished. But his speech is still a work in progress.

(22,124 posts)I see her as a spoiled, rich brat who is used to having her way and being catered and coddled. The arrogance and entitlement ooze out her being. I'm really getting to despise both of them and what they represent.

(1,979 posts)Or maybe they know what fools they will look like if they broadcast 3-4 hours of birther-abortion-guns-illegals-gayhate speech.
We remember the republican debates. The ignorance flows deep in the 2012 repub party.

(45,558 posts)PBS is showing the evening show all four days....
But then again no self-expressed hater of anything publicly funded would stoop so low as top watch the PS.
Curiously, the networks have almost completely gotten away from convention coverage because, hey, the market place says it's a loser so your worship of the Free Market system tell you what is what so it's an hour a night om Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday.

(31,706 posts)Seems like every day there's another Willard whine...he's just not being treated "fairly". That evil Obama keeps bringing up his past record, Akin brings up that nasty abortion thing and the networks won't say or do as Willard wants.
The deal is Queen Ann of Mittens can do little to help make this turd likeable...especially after speeches calling "legitimate rape as an act of conception" and beating up on Planned Parenthood. Yep...that's gonna get the ladies to all run and swoon over Willard.
The networks know that those who care to watch this swill can and will flip over to the cables...

(10,951 posts)the networks are businesses that exist to make money - not feed Romney's ego.

The more that woman opens her mouth, the more she reinforces how out of touch and entitled that crew is.
