They're getting desperate

I know a lot of Republicans. And they're pulling out old old old urban legends and old smears. They have nothing new. Old stuff that's debunked by Snopes and everything.

Stuff like Bill Ayers, whether or not he actually went to college, who paid for it, of course the birther things.

These are the arguments I'm hearing. I ask about Romney's taxes, they say Obama didn't even release his real birth certificate because it said "certificate of live birth" on it. I happened to have been at the county clerk's office today and had one of my kids' birth certificate (that I need for a school district-related program) and showed it to that neighbor - guess what it says on it? Yep, "Certificate of Live Birth." I asked if my daughter wasn't really born in the US either. I asked my neighbor if she'd ever seen her own birth certificate, because it probably says the same thing, unless she was adopted. I hadn't even heard this argument before - that a real birth certificate doesn't say "certificate of live birth." ROFL.

They are just grasping at garbage. They have nothing of substance. I'm astounded.
