At what point does Barr, Mnuchin, Nunes et al........

Become liable to the Sedition laws we have on the books? U.S. Code § 2384.Seditious conspiracy. ………. " or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, …….." . I understand that the "by force" wording is , to me at least, a little vague. Does it mean that Mnuchin by refusing to hand over the draft dodger in chiefs tax returns, is defacto "by force" keeping it (the property of the United States) from us contrary to the authority he has? Is Barr guilty of the same by keeping the full report from Congress. Does the "by force" wording only apply to them if they attacked physically the Congressional committee? Or does it mean "by force" by keeping it physically AWAY from the committee? Nunes too, did he "by force" derail and whitewash "his" committees findings and investigations by hushing it up? To ME and I am in no way a lawyer constitutional or otherwise the wording of "prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States," kind of takes precedence. And is that not what all three of these acolytes have done and are doing?

Of course McConnell , in my opinion, is guilty of the same crimes....

I wonder if it would be "by force" if the House sent the Sergeant of Arms to retrieve it... PeeJ52 Apr 2019 #1

and the Executive branch sent the Capitol police or armed forces to stop him. I would think we would have to physically collect it.
