1. Sitting in jail always seems to loosen lips.

Works real well. If you intentionally behave like a scofflaw, eventually the law will remedy it. Jail cells have a universal fit....generally very disagreeable.

3. I just heard on TV that his employment would be coming to an end soon. As a private citizen

would he be able to testify if/when he wants????

5. I doubt a justice employee can testify when they please. Even a former

one. Especially when the matter is Justice investigation related.

next week, therefore available to testify.

He does not become a free agent for testimony just by leaving DOJ. He governed by the same rules as US Attorneys

is measurable in only a hand full of days. Barr won't be able to control him.
