Trust me -- he'll denounce the House hearing as a "kangaroo court" and insist that his Senate appearance should be enough. And if the House votes Contempt of Congress charges, Trump's Attorney for D.C. (who has to enforce them) will refuse, and the SCOTUS will back him up, citing "unitary executive power."
