Shit, what timing. I bet it was Putin (ha).

(34,303 posts)2. Still speaking; he said admin and Barr are trying to
dictate Congs procedures
He is terrified of having to face a skilled attorney.

Nadler meh.
We have all these young talents. I wish the committee assignment tree wasn't only based on seniority!

(34,303 posts)4. Sorry, but that is an ageist comment. If you object to something
Nadler has done specifically, please mention that.

(24,589 posts)5. I think you took it that way.
He lacks the verve.
There.

(34,303 posts)6. That's a perceived trait. What did he DO?
cilla4progress
(24,589 posts)7. He spoke in a way that was
Washington-speak. You can tell he has been in Congress for 20+ years. It was uninspiring to me.
There is nothing necessarily or ageist about wanting new blood, new voices in the mix, new ways of looking at things.
For example, Elizabeth Warren.
Doesn't necessarily equate with age.
Enough of old white men running this country!
On edit: he also backed down from subpeonaing Barr, no?
