In the interest of democracy

I just read James Comey's editorial in the NY Times. I found it interesting, as far as it went. But you and I know perfectly well that James Comey knows a lot more than he's willing to say. The jist of the editorial is an attempt to explain why people are willing to lie for Donald Trump. Comey spins a good piece about how Trump pulls you in to his web of lies, etc. The editorial specifically mentioned Bill Bar and Rod Rosenstein. But there are others, about whom James Comey would have been in a position to know 'certain things' . Is it not time for people such as Comey to quit playing coy, quit pretending that for many of these men and women, the reason they protect the president is not because the president draws them in to a web of deceit, but because they are compromised? I guess what I'm trying to say is, if you know something at this point, then SAY IT. Our democracy is at stake.
