Anybody else having regular interruption

of the transmission of Rachel's show?

Spectrum cable here. Been going on since the first 5 minutes of the show.

Am I paranoid? Or just unlucky? Going to check other channels. Have never had this problem and it wasn't happening while watching Chris Hayes.

Checked other channels no problem and now seems normal once interview was started with HRC.

Still, very weird.
