It's a typo, not much else.

I make typos a lot, fortunately my computer lets me know when I screw it up.

I used to message with a guy named "Goldberg," he was very intelligent, but he typed at 4,000 words a minute, so he made a lot of typos.

We called him "Glodbreg" as a result, he got a kick out of it.

Considering also that Trump likes to tweet at 4 am, (rather often,) I'm not surprised to see mistakes.

So slam him on being corrupt, dictatorial and flat-out stupid.

But let's just lay off now the "stollen."

Either the spell check feature got fired a long time ago or it's playing major tricks on him. Most spell check functions have a bit of "learning" built into them that auto-correct to the most logical words basted on writing patterns.
The uniquely odd word choices that come up in his tweets don't seem to match his usual subject matters.

Just try it. Most autocorrect suggestions I have experienced over the past two decades are reasonably close to words that would logically flow in the sentence I am typing.

19. It's more than a typo

Every electronic messaging device has spell check and, or auto correct. He has apparently disabled them because he thinks he is smarter than the device.

I am a horrible speller, I am willing to admit that. I rely on spell check and an online dictionary. Donnie 2 scoops will not ever admit he has a flaw, so he is not willing to compensate for it. He is, after all, the smartest person in the room.

And that is why I mock his hamberders, covfefe and stollen
