What is wrong with McCain's face?

I noticed today that the right side of his face is all red..anyone know what happened?

he has had it for a while but it is sometimes more noticable than other.

he goes into his 'old man yelling at the kids on the lawn' mode....i had a principal who's face became redder and redder as he got angrier and angrier---you could see it starting at his neck and just moving up his face--same thing with bitteroldmanjohn...

Seems to me that 'he deserves worse than cancer for his beliefs is pretty much the same as 'he deserves to die for his beliefs.'

Doesn't matter what caused his skin problems; people with a bad attitude generally have issues with their facial expression. It's "written" in their features, especially by the time one hits sixty or so. He's so obviously an angry person that I imagine even without the lesions, he'd look pissed off or upset about whatever his issues really are...an unpleasant individual, with complications from being a Republican. Why is his every solution to foreign policy issues "more war?" More military action! Yeah! Bombs are the answer! Can you say Pentagon lackey?
