Jr.'s not an advisor. He's just supposed to be running Sr's private company, not giving him advice as President.
And there is no father-son privilege, and there's no owner-employee privilege.

Now the Repukes can offer him immunity in exchange for testimony, that was part of their plan. Also they want him tied up testifying to the nice people in the Senate, so those nasty Democrats can't get him for the House investigation.

he's knowingly waived it for either--- but he has.
