He drops the worst polls for Trump but keeps the better one's in for a longer period.
IPSOS and Yougov tracking have him at 39%. ABC/Washpost has him at 41%.
These three polls are included in the 538 weighted average.
RCP does not include the IPSOS and Yougov polls.

He’s up about 2 points from a month ago when averaging polls with a +/- 3 point statistical margin of error. His “surge” could be nothing more than statistical noise.
538 blog has him at a cumulative average of 42%.
