If nothing else, it would be worth it for the sheer weirdness of seeing "Support Your Local Police" types getting pepper-sprayed and tased on their mobility scooters. And for the possibility of provoking Ron Paul into running in the fall(he had little to lose before the Romney campaign started getting heavy with his delegates in the last two weeks and demanding to edit his speech, and he has nothing to lose now).

Although they'd probably screw things up by barbecuing the pig, instead of nominating it for president.

It almost seems like Mittens and Co. are trying to goad the Republiban into taking the streets.

and prevent them from having their candidate put in nomination at all. That would probably be the tipping point.
