And generic makers seem to be sticking to just tablets. No interest in making injections or nasal sprays.

Retail price is more than double what it was before generics.


ETA: actually there is a generic sumatriptan nasal spray. Not any cheaper

But if the drugs cost less in the first place our insurance could cost less also. And let's not forget that many people can't afford insurance if they have to pay for it on their own (for example, the Wisconsin residents who suffer because Scott Walker and the Republicans refuse to take the Medicaid expansion funds that could cover thousands of people).
