Oversight means Oversight. IOW, it's whatever Congress decides constitutes Oversight ... that's the only f***ing REQUIREMENT.

This term appears nowhere in any law/reg/SCOTUS decision/the Constitution/etc in any pertinent way to the situation at hand here.
Congress has responsibility to both Legislate, AND to Conduct Oversight. TWO DIFFERENT THINGS.
Imagine that?!?
Time to get this into a court room and lay these assholes to waste.
