the criminal in a rape case. My guess is that if she reports a rape, a woman will be subject to a pregnancy test by the state, to ensure that the defense has a new stick to beat her with should she become pregnant.

What about those who do get reported do women receive emergency Contraception if they were not using it at the time of the rape?

These emboldened laws are nothing more than a way to CONTROL women.

if they are having a miscarriage, for fear of them calling the police on her and accusing her of inducing her own abortion.

It's sick. It's frightening. I just can't believe we are having this conversation in the year 2019.

Right now the law itself is illegal.

Vote Democrat to Make sure it always is. We lost a lot of ground in the supreme court because people didn’t.

women to become pregnant bear absolutely no responsibility. At the very least men should face the same legal jeopardy as the women they impregnated.

Start with prison, fines, vasectomy, put their names on a public list of paternity offenders. Certainly these men should be paying child support for their offspring that the state forced the woman to bear, as well as financial support for her loss of wages while raising that unplanned child.

All those men politicians who are so gleefully punishing women should be voting to pony up mega financial support bills to pay for the costs of raising their state mandated children until adulthood. Where's the money!
