1. Anti-colonialism is code for blacks killing whites.

Any Western coverage of those times focused on the murder of white colonialists, but ignored the murder of indigenous Africans.

There is also a sub-text that the COMMUNISTS! supported African independence.

if you got a problem with colonialism, you got a problem with US

5. I dont undestand why anyone would pay money to see an anti-Obama ad

I have family that went this weekend to see it as a group (about 6 or so). None of them were EVER going to vote anything but Republican. Why would they go spend money to see a political ad hit piece. When any ad comes on tv, I fast forward through it. I'd never pay money to see an Anti-Romney ad. I dont like him, not going to vote for him, and dont need to wallow in a 75-Minute Hate a la Orwell's 1984.

disagree. Moore's films are not particularly complimentary on Democrats either, though they do show them a far less corrosive as the republicans

Or maybe it's too "European" or something.

Not sure exactly how D'Souza makes the leap from President Obama's FATHER having "anti-colonialist" beliefs to President Obama having them and, more importantly, acting on them as POTUS (for which there's virtually no evidence to support the claim) but then again I haven't read (and don't plan to read) D'Souza's book or see his movie, so..................
