He was brought in to stop the Mueller & company's work before they could
finish the job and or issue a charging statement, then Mueller said he would
redact anybody who wasn't charged from the report, and since Mueller did not
have a chance to issue a charging statement and according to Barr he then had
right to redact Don, Don Jr., Kushner, and who knows who else from his version
of the Mueller Report.

The problem with Barr's "ongoing case" rationale is that it takes the air out of his "no collusion, no obstruction" assertion.
