Just wondering why isn't it possible for Mueller to answer the ONE big question

He WAS NOT allowed to discover OBSTRUCTION. (which we all know there has been)

So we don’t know if it’s possible or not.

And I doubt if he talks much about his personal opinions either. Especially when his job was to find facts only. I think professionally he simply follows the facts wherever they lead.
