One big note: Trump's lawyers have made the same argument in this case that just failed in the Mazars case.

I am still reeling from the fact Tillerson testified yesterday voluntarily. Not one word on Cable news. I had to read it here.

Meanwhile Pelosi needs to Impeach AG BARR and every other Trump admin official who ignores subpoenas and receives a contemp of congress citation.

the decision. The appeals courts are where the delays come. We'll see what comes of the DC court due to name a three-member panel for the first of these appeals-- (the Mehta decision) now.

They have even less of an argument here. Keep in mind, the records Congress want belong to the bank - NOT TRUMP. Trump has no legal standing to "demand" the bank not provide the records. Imagine calling your bank or credit card company and telling them to not report your transactions to the credit bureau or report your $20,000 cash deposit to the feds - and threaten to "sue them" if they don't follow your orders. They'll probably hang the phone up on you after they laugh their asses off.
