of what Michael Cohen's testimony to Congress said:

"I have no evidence that Trump colluded with Russia, but I have my suspicions."

So, I'm not sure this means much as Bob Mueller obviously knew this and Cohen wasn't charged for anything related to this. IF there was "Some other case" this was related to, charges should have been filed long ago.
