stuff like this is what's going to nail him.

He's going to end up hanging himself.

blabbering, there's still the fact that he was allowed in the deposition to claim a 'lack of recollection' for basically every question.

Which means that he never actually said 'no phone call happened', ergo, proving perjury becomes a tough climb for a prosecutor.

You appear to be reading into the quote ... what the article is suggesting that you read into the quote.

Here's the quote:

"For a year I heard about phone calls ... of the three calls ... that were so horrible ... that he had a meeting and called me ... and had the meeting after and he made two more calls.”

That is not an admonition that a call to Trump from Jr. happened, sorry. I mean it MAY BE TRUE, of course, but his 'out' is obvious. He can very easily claim that he was talking about what the accusation(s) consisted of. In fact that interpretation makes MORE sense, I hate to say.

He also gives no dates, he gives no confirmation of knowing what the meeting was about at the time, etc.

This won't even begin to stand up in court.

Like his predecessor, Ronald Reagan.

"I don't recall." Over and over and over....
