The Madman has hijacked his own farm bailout speech to insist he is very calm and not crazy!

And to prove it, he has insisted that Kellyanne Conway, Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Larry Kudlow personally tell the gathered masses that he is indeed very calm and not at all crazy!

This is creepy, Dear Leader level stuff.
