It happens with budgets all the time. Politicians make promises, need tax dollars to pay for them...and so on and so on.

In this instance, I've still yet to hear how this is getting paid for. How will he get the congressional approval after his temper tantrum, then swearing off working with Dems?

He wants his unlimited Twinkies and his cake, too.
