Epstein victims' case has inched forward today:

to a suspected sex trafficker of underage girls, may have
to face some of those victims — who are now adult
women — in a federal courtroom."

Secretary of Labor Alexander Acosta, already under federal investigation for a secret immunity deal he gave to a suspected sex trafficker of underage girls, may have to face some of those victims — who are now adult women — in a federal courtroom.

In a new court filing, two victims, molested as teenagers a decade ago, are asking a federal judge to hold a hearing for all the women who were sexually abused by Jeffrey Epstein, a multimillionaire financier who received a non-prosecution agreement from Acosta when Acosta was a federal prosecutor in Miami in 2007.

The request for a hearing is one of a litany of possible remedies proffered by the victims, who have been waging a decade-long legal battle to put Epstein in prison for his crimes and to hold prosecutors — mainly Acosta — accountable for violating their rights.

Somehow, I find him almost as gross as Epstein.

Their gross, nasty faces should be displayed together for perpetuity.

I think it was a four-part story. They deserve the Pulitzer for their work on this story.

Justice delayed is justice denied. All this time, that scumfuck Epstein has walked around a free man with a smug self-satisfied grin all over his face. And don't even get me started on Acosta's part in this. He should be burned at the stake for what he did.

I will be shocked. I will have a bit of renewed faith in our justice system.

Julie K. Brown, has been pursuing this case for, I understand, ELEVEN YEARS.

Here’s her twitter account:

I don’t tweet myself, but I check her feed for updates - she’s hell on wheels, and if I had half her patience, I’d be a lot better off!!!!

And I've been wondering about the NY case involving an old sealed Epstein/Maxwell/Giuffre case that the MSM was trying to unseal. But before he could rule, the 95 year old judge died. And I haven't been able to hear the status since.

appointed day, a male and a female named in the documents sent their lawyers in to stop the unsealing, and then I believe that very next weekend, that elderly judge passed away and......we got nuthin

This case needs a kickass, no-prisoners lawyer to come blow this thing UP, but unfortunately, Cohen and Manafort have been disbarred, Don McGahn’s too busy licking LOSER45’s toes, Avenatti’s on the run, and Alan Dershowitz, GOD WILLING, will possibly go to prison for his part in this TRAVESTY of justice

But...we wait and watch

He cooked up a minor offense for Epstein rather than the statutory rape and possible human trafficking he'd committed. He hid his deal with Epstein from the victims who didn't know they'd been victimized again. Illegal.

Why is he walking around charge-free? I know why he's still labor secy...trump doesn't care. He welcomes having shady underlings whose misdeeds hang over their heads. Leverage. Trump used to go to Epstein s NYC parties. I wouldn't be surprised if, Epstein knowing he had a leverage point on trump, he didn't arrange for Donald to do him a favor and hire Acosta, thus paying Acosta back for helping him evade justice. Trump revels in the favor system since he can't function in a legitimate merit system.

players have a lot invested in keeping this matter hush-hush and on the QT.

It’s SO BAD

Meanwhile, the DOJ was investigating Acosta as of February of this year, and as of early April, Senate Dems have requested their findings:
