today thanked folks for their concern, said it was hot in the room, and he was dehydrated.

As he had in 2002 and 2003 laparoscopic duodenal switch surgery, helping him lose more than 100 pounds, dehydration is apparently a continuing concern.

They tell you to drink water very frequently after any gastric procedure.
Things move very quickly.
Malabsorption syndrome causes fluid loss
As well.
