Similar to a deal reached earlier this week with the House Oversight committee, the agreement allows for an expedited appeal schedule.

"The parties have reached an agreement regarding compliance with and enforcement of the subpoenas during the pendency of Plaintiff's appeal," the court document filed Saturday reads.

Earlier this week, Judge Edgardo Ramos in New York had refused to block the subpoenas, setting off a one-week clock for the Trump team to find a way to prevent extensive financial information from being released. The agreement blocks the subpoenas for now until an appeals court can weigh in ...

I was hoping they would get turned over before Trump could appeal, but I'm guessing that Trump's lawyers would have stepped in and appealed before documents could have been turned over. The committee got a promise that the appeals court will expedite its decision. Any lawyers here? I know you're lurking. What is the definition of expedite? 3 months, 6 months, 12 months?

When there is hard, irrefutable evidence in pukes fake ...they are going to defend that? Methinks not.

I love this impeachment HANGING OVER HIS HEAD as well. Forget a death by a thousand cuts, this will be death by a thousand pinpricks.

The tRump die hards? no. Anything for the person that will carry their agenda and talking points. I've tried talking with them and they are incorrigible.. Facts mean nothing.
Now the more reasonable, thinking tRumper....... maybe.. The general population I think in the face of overwhelming evidence will VOTE HIM OUT!!
My hopes and dreams...

the D's saw an advantage to dumping a bunch of these cases on the Supreme Court all at once -- so their obstruction would be very clear.
