that always blamed his superiors. What a despicable man, who never took real responsiblity for his acts. That pardon along with Nixon's involvement with Kent State made me absolutely hate him even ignoring Watergate.

What an evil bastard. So was Captain Medina who ordered it. He was allowed to go free with the help of F. Lee Bailey as his attorney and he got a job with Bailey's company. He died a year ago. Calley lives outside of Atlanta and the last time I checked was speaking at Rotary Clubs. These two monsters never felt sorry or admitted their guilt...killing 500 innocent men, women and children. Colin Powell was there "after it happened". The real heroes are the soldiers on the helicopter, including Thomas who ordered his guys to stop the killings that they were witnessing. There was a big cover-up by the govt for two years and they made they heroes out to be civilians and the murderers were the heroic soldiers.

18 mins in and it's already bad. "The training kicked in." Sad. War certainly is hell, and a LAST resort, not the first.
Our soldiers pay a high price, for being told to do things they weren't raised to do. Hard to imagine anyone would choose to war for personal enrichment and self preservation, and look a Marine or Airman in the eye and say the thing is just and honorable. Wars are last resort. Diplomacy is the symbol of evolved and enlightened men and women globally in 2019. After all, We HAVE a more pressing common enemy, the OZONE and Carbon Dioxide. We have evolved. War is obsolete. Even sanctions work.( See russias attempts to surpass them,)
Who's going to be the first kid, and family of that kid to die for don trump, and his collaboration w red russia to further destroy American Exceptionalism?
Kids have already died at the border. People are dying in mass shootings by gunman at schools or otherwise, who feel justified in letting their inner demon out. And now a brutasl war w a country w a standing Army FAR FAR in excess of Iraq.
Gouliani said.."nobodys been killed." (As a defense to don trumps decision making.) He's as high as don.
This story is hard to watch. But, i hope people do. the quality reminds me of old portable tv on wheel racks.
Support the troops, End War.
