All we need is one courageous Democrat...

To join with Justin Amash, in a bi-partisan effort, to file for an impeachment inquiry.

It could be someone like David Cicilline, the Congressman from Rhode Island. It needs to be someone that understands the gravity of the situation and will need to be on the offensive in their quest to do their duty.

In a bi-partisan way, they could put forth a proposition in the House to open an impeachment inquiry. There is enough evidence to investigate, for sure. It is a dereliction of their Constitutional duty to oversight for the Republicans to oppose this effort of oversight. They must choose which side they wish to be on?

The law must be obeyed. It cannot be covered up. The public needs to know what was in the Mueller report that Donald Trump and the Republicans are so desperately trying to cover up.

If a Democrat can get a bi-partisan agreement with Amash, it would be a very big deal, in my opinion.

plenty of dems have come forward.
it will take more than one rand paul wannabe to be bipartisan.
let him get them. he knows what they say behind closed doors.
he can call them out starting any time.

We must work with what we have. There is not a lot of courage in the Republican Party, in my opinion.

But I think it could be beneficial to the Democrats, and to the country, if some Democrat were to take the initiative to work with Amash, in my opinion.

It's very likely he's been approached to sign on already. The fact they he hasn't done so yet doesn't mean he hadn't been asked.

I suspect that much of what Amash is doing on this is the result of engagement with key Democrats who are working and coordinating with him behind the scenes.

...over their corrupt party.

Altho here at DU I find a number of people adamant that all Republicans and those who ever at any point in their lives registered as Republican-- are Rethuglicans, Repukes, RepuKKKlicans -- and incapable of acting on patriotic principle. So we have a bit of work to do on ourselves, at least here.

we keep saying this story needs a single narrator.
maybe for right now, amash is it, and that's a good thing.

amash and the citizens that filled his town hall.
