Zig-zagging toward the cliff's edge
Trump is like a walking leaf blower in a room housing a rare stamp collection. “Bull in a china shop” doesn’t really tell the story, even “calamity” falls short. Some say “train wreck”, some say “shit show”, some are speechless.
Trump is the opposite of what happens when someone taps the first of a million well-placed dominoes. No natural flow, no predictable outcome. Just chaos on a non-stop conveyor belt.
Trump is like a crazed slasher guy that hacks at everything, from velvet to concrete. He sees no difference between children in cages and a potted plant. He values protocol less than golf tees and thinks traditions are as useless as solar power.
Trump thinks it’s okay to lie about where his father was born, what grades he got in school, why he didn’t serve in Vietnam, how many people were in the “overflow” at his rally, or what he said to Putin. In spite of the flag pin on his lapel and his MAGA cap, he pals around with dictators and traitors. In spite of being cozy with Evangelicals, he brags about sexually assaulting women and seems to have no normal boundaries with his own daughter, Ivanka.
Trump can’t be bothered with a Presidential Daily Briefing but he has plenty of time for tweets and insults. If there are two people and one umbrella, HIS head will stay dry.
I know that words can be easy things to fling around, but it’s going some when “utter disgrace” is an understatement.
