DOJ, by their own policy, is unable to charge or absolve a sitting president.

Mueller can't charge and Barr can't absolve.

The evidence is there. It's up to Congress to do their duty and take it from here.

Most of the redactions were about ongoing investigations.

Today he asked Congress to do their jobs.
Congress can still use Mueller to make their case but he's not going to be judge and jury.

he can testify truthfully or he can remain loyal to an authoritarian who will feed him to his twitter followers one piece at a time.

Pay attention, Americans! (His last piece of the statement)

And I will close by reiterating the central allegation of our indictments that there were multiple, systematic efforts to interference in our election. That allegation deserves the attention of every American. Thank you.

My hands are tied, yours are not!

And second, the opinion says that the constitution requires a process other than the criminal justice system to formally accuse a sitting president of wrong doing.

Could not be clearer.

People, including sitting Presidents, are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

But, people can't read the true impact of what Mueller said because he really said all the things Democrats have been asking him to say, but only in prosecutorial language.

and Mueller is just passing the buck. I think he had the authority to draw a conclusion, just not to file an indictment. The real problem will have been those who chose to be bystanders.
