Question, Can the New York Attorney General,Letitia James, now indict Trump on charges?

We don't see indictment at the federal level, can New York then indict?

(as was done with Clinton) and maybe a criminal one. She is definitely not bound by DoJ guidelines.

Even a civil case could be very worthwhile, and juicy (meaty?) in the discovery area.
