There would be a big court fight, of course, but why not? AFAIC, bring it on.

(as was done with Clinton) and maybe a criminal one. She is definitely not bound by DoJ guidelines.

Even a civil case could be very worthwhile, and juicy (meaty?) in the discovery area.
