Leaving aside the fact that testimony given in person is substantively different than testimony on a written page (Mueller didn't ask Flynn and others to testify by 'memo') there is one obvious point that he overlooked.
Apparently screaming at my TV in high volume doesn't actually get through to Craig Melvin, or anyone else at MSNBC, I will state the obvious point here so it can bubble to the top of our national conscience.
The Mueller Report in fact doesn't cover any thing AFTER THE ISSUANCE OF THE MUELLER REPORT. SPECIAL COUNCIL IS A WITNESS TO THOSE EVENTS..
After the Mueller Report was issued the cover up continued.
It would be very material to ask Special Council Mueller various questions about what happened after the report, and yes space cadets those "post Mueller report issues" are in fact no IN the Mueller report.
It would be very helpful if Special Council Mueller would answer one question:
"In your two letters and multiple phone calls to Attorney General Barr after he issued his "summary" of your report did you clearly indicate your personal feelings of how AG Barr handled his "summary", we can quote you the relevant paragraphs if you need to jog your memory."
"Is there any doubt in your mind that AG Barr understood your opinion on the question after the last communication you had with him?
With those answers we could then proceed with the impeachment of Barr for lying before Congress.
It would also be useful to ask him questions about the origins of the Special Council report and clarify the bogus charges of spying, all of which he is a witness to and is not included in the Mueller Report.

In any case the point is that he said that all he had to offer was what was written in the report. Mueller is a witness on issues that go beyond what is in the report and specifically is the only witness that can testify as to whether the Attorney General of the United States brazenly lied before Congress.

He also needs to assure that Barr did not chop his budget to end his investigation.
He needs to outline why he ended the investigation when he did - without trying to shake down Stone, Corsi, Don Jr, etc - trying to get them to flip.
If this thing with Russia is as serious as he made it out to be yesterday, all Americans deserve answers to questions like those.
As well, in many, many criminal cases, the testimony of law enforcement is required. If they're going to get to the bottom of the Russian involvement - which even Mueller suggests they should - they're going to need the 40 FBI agents or whatever to testify on the evidence they collected.
