Mueller is very clear in the report. There is little ambiguity. Anyone with questions should preface them with a statement of how much of the report they’ve read (or listened to). Without substantial knowledge of the report’s contents, be quiet.

He spent a lot of hours on that report, only to have people ask him questions that are answered in the report.
