Mueller is very clear in the report. There is little ambiguity. Anyone with questions should preface them with a statement of how much of the report theyve read (or listened to). Without substantial knowledge of the reports contents, be quiet.

He spent a lot of hours on that report, only to have people ask him questions that are answered in the report.
It has to be incredibly frustrating for him to realize the level of idiocy he is dealing with.
