explain why EVERY House member is not vocally demanding impeachment?

Note to Democrats: you have just heard his 2020 campaign slogan---"Why no impeachment? THEY GOT NOTHIN'!"

1. Actually, it is a minority of House Democrats who are calling for immediate

impeachment proceedings. A minority.

Why is that so? Because the outcome of such proceedings is uncertain. Impeachment efforts have a pretty good possibility of backfiring, politically. For example, the Republicans impeachment of President Clinton led to them losing control of the House. That is in recent enough memory that some sitting House members recall that.

Also, since the Senate absolutely will not remove Trump if an impeachment succeeds, there is another opportunity for a backfire in the 2020 election.

So, a majority of House Democrats are NOT calling for immediate impeachment proceedings.

2. I kind of agree with them. It could really backfire.

Just keep pounding away on what a shitbird he is , what a total asshole, what a huge failure at everything he does, what a poor excuse for a human being he is. We have tons of ammunition in that regard.

Pelosi is playing that card big time and she is really getting to the guy.

3. I'm not sure how this will end up playing out.

But, it's important to recognize that there isn't majority support among Democrats in the House for impeachment proceedings.

I'm watching that to see if it changes.

Everyone in the House will be running again in 2020. They're watching their constituencies and listening to them.

We need to be paying attention to all sides of this question, I think.
