Barr just contradicted in interview the testimony he gave under oath.

May 1 to Congress: “We accepted the Special Counsel’s legal framework for purposes of our analysis...in reaching our conclusion”

May 31 to CBS: “We didn’t agree with …a lot of the legal analysis in the Report…So we applied what we thought was the right law.”

In one, he’s talking about accepting Mueller’s definition for obstruction. In the other he’s disagreeing with Mueller’s belief that the OLC decision means that he can’t even determine whether a crime was committed... rather than just that he can’t be indicted while in office.

Mueller's analysis vs his analysis.

Just because it's in a tweet doesn't make it logical.

I'm not an attorney, so I admit that I know nothing, but it sure seems to me that he has disqualified himself from practicing law.
What do the lawyers here think?

I continue to be shocked by the number and shamelessness of his ethical breaches.

Dems need to hold public hearings about the lies Barr has told and expose him as the personal fixer he is for Trump.

He would be charged by the House and tried by the Senate, a Senate unlikely to apply any Constitutional principles or ethical standards to their decision.

There is also a high probability that under oath he might say something that would piss Trump off, and get fired.

I'm not saying don't do it, it would put a stain on his rep, but Repubs don't seem to care about that shit anymore.

He tried to manipulate the American people!

But I truly believe that people like Mueller should have known what he was dealing with.

'Enough is enough': AG Barr hears from Alaska Native leaders about rural justice problems

By Wesley Early, Alaska Public MediaMay 29, 2019

U.S. Attorney General William Barr met with Alaska Native leaders from around the state today in Anchorage to discuss law enforcement challenges in rural Alaska.

Barr will spend four days traveling around Alaska, learning about the unique challenges rural areas, particularly villages, face.

“Because of its vast size, and because of the diverse communities, and because of the lack sometimes of easy transportation, it created a lot of serious law enforcement challenges,” Barr said. “And it piqued my interest.”

At a roundtable discussion at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium, Barr heard from Native leaders about high rates of violence towards Native women and children, the lack of law enforcement in many communities and the limited funding for the resources that currently exist.
